How did you get into Customer Success?
When I applied to work at Bitsight, I applied for a sales position. Chrissy Costello, our Director of Recruiting, suggested that I would be a better fit for Customer Success and I haven’t turned back since!
What challenges you the most at Bitsight?
Bitsight created the market for Security Ratings. Working in an environment that thrives off of change and the ability to pivot at a moments notice has challenged me to think outside the box.
